Designer Purse Bingo Event
2023 Bubbles and Bags is SOLD OUT!
However, we still need volunteers to help us for the day of the event on September 16th from 2PM to 10:30PM.

Bubbles and Bags Day Of Event Volunteer:
Job assignments include but not limited to: assisting with VIP or General Admission Registration, Back office (sorting/organizing bingo round and/or counting donations), selling bingo cards, shirts, or Louis Vuitton Raffle Tickets, assisting with silent auction, selling heads or tails game or punch a prize, assisting backstage or on stage, assisting with door prizes, watching purses, and assisting with cake auction. All volunteers will be assigned a job prior to the day of the event, however this assignment may need to change throughout the night depending on where we have a need. Majority of volunteers will be selling bingo cards during rounds or at raffle/auction stations.
When: September 16th at 2PM for Volunteer Registration.
· Mandatory Volunteer Meeting/Orientation at 2:30pm
· Volunteer shift ends at 10:30pm/when event breakdown is completed
